Louis Henderson, will serve as the Culinary Director and Executive Chef. Chef Henderson brings more than 18 years of executive chef experience in well-known culinary businesses such as The Capital Grill, P.F. Chang’s, The Palm (Phila) and is currently the executive chef at Penn Brewing Company with responsibility for overseeing all of their current concepts including the location at Pittsburgh International Airport. He received his education in culinary arts at the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts in 1993. Prior to this, Mr. Henderson served with distinction in the United States Marine Corp with active duty in the Iraq War. Altogether, he has over 38 years of work experience in the culinary industry. He is a member of the Pittsburgh Food & Beverage network.
